What Selful Living Really Means
Somewhere along the way, we were taught that choosing ourselves was selfish.
So we learned to overextend, overgive, and overperform.
We became reliable for everyone else while slowly disconnecting from ourselves, disappearing underneath responsibilities, expectations, and the constant pressure to keep everything moving.
Selful living is the decision to come back to yourself intentionally, honestly, and without apology.
Because choosing yourself should not require abandoning yourself.
Selfish
Putting yourself first without regard for how your choices affect others.
Selfless
Consistently prioritizing others while neglecting yourself in the process.
Selful
Honoring your own well-being, growth, voice, and alignment while still caring for others.
